INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the content of each sachet with 500 ml of water and shake well until dissolved. Be careful, you need to get the ratio right for the hydrogel technology to work. The mix is designed to be mixed with water with <40mg/L calcium content. Higher levels can affect how it’s dissolved. Consume the sports drink minutes before, during and or directly after activity.

Studies have shown that our bodies can make use of up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. One Drink Mix 160 sachet, mixed with 500 ml of water – contains 40 grams of carbohydrates.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Drink Mix 160 is built on hydrogel technology*. When you mix it with water, you’ll get a liquid sports drink containing a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose. The sports drink instantly converts to hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. The hydrogel enables a smooth transportation of the drink through the stomach to the intestine where the water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.

Shipping
- Shipping is on us for orders over R2500 and bikes over R8000.
- Smaller items are shipped using TheCourierGuy, larger items are shipped using Triton Express.
- Instore items can be collected instore, or couriered within 48 hours with main city centers with an extra 24 hours for outlying areas.
- Items which are ordered from suppliers can take up to 7 days to receive.
- Custom items have a lead time which will be discussed after checkout.
Payment Methods
We operate on a quotation based system, once you have placed your order, we will confirm stock in store and with our suppliers.
We will send through a quotation via email for payment via EFT.
Card payments are available through Yoco's secure online payment portal.
Returns/Exchanges
- Products may be returned/exchanged within 10 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding courier fees).
- Items must be in brand new condition with the original packaging.
The following items may not be returned: Nutrition, tyre sealant, chamois cream.
