Refund policy

Products can be returned/exchanged undamaged and in their original packaging within 7 days from date of delivery with the original invoice/receipt. 

Excludes courier/delivery fees. 

Refunds will be made in the same form as payment was made. ie. cash, EFT or card transactions.

Returns/refunds incur a 5% handling fee. Exchanges do not incur any handling fee.
