Shipping policy

Products that are in stock instore are shipped out within 24-48 hours from order confirmation. 

Products that need to be ordered from suppliers are either shipped directly from the supplier to your door, or shipped to our store for assembly and quality checks before being shipped to your door. (This may result in a 3-5 working day shipping delay). 

Products with lead times/backordered products will indicate a lead time in the description of the product page.
