The DT Swiss FR 541 may not be your first rim, but possibly your last. The welded aluminum rim is designed for the toughest use in the Gravity area. The successor to the FR 560 got a redesigned rim shape. The thus improved shock resistance allows you to attack even harder on the trails. It also enhances the pinch flat protection for a trusty ride on rougher tracks. Build this rim with care and it will reward you with resistance and lightness for a long-lasting bond. 

Key features of the DT Swiss FR 541 rim

  • Pinchflat protection Tests conducted with a leading tire supplier showed a 17% increase in pinch flat resistance compared to the previous FR 560 rim.
  • Higher resistance with the PHR system. The PHR system increases the load-bearing surface of the nipples on the rim and reduces local stresses.
  • The welding process for aluminum rims is the most resistant joining method of the DT Swiss aluminum portfolio.
  • The FR 541 comes with three additional stickers to match your style.
